La Panxa del Bisbe–Barcelona
I would like to talk about “La Panxa del Bisbe”, an almost hidden cozy tapa restaurant, at the end of Torrent de Les Flors street. A wonderful finding.
I’ve found La Panxa del Bisbe on the basic “typing Best Tapas Restaurant in Gracia in Google” – and need to confess that I liked the photos and comments. My first visit was lucky, as I didn’t book a table, but they found one for me, and I could meet the menu and taste the food. I have to say: worth it! The taste is excellent and they know how to “present” the food to have a good looking. For my second visit, I booked a table and ordered different things. 🙂
The food menu is not huge, but big enough to cover a good selection from vegetables, meat, seafood, fish, and traditional tapas. A good start is the croquetas – crunchy, soft inside, and tasty. After you can choose from octopus, codfish, duck, and streaky. Have you in doubt? Order more than one and you’ll see what I mean… The food is really delicious and fresh prepared. I can tell you that my top 3 are an octopus, streaky, and croquetas – but the quesadilla and mushrooms are really good too! 🙂
To drink, Panxa del Bisbe has a craft beer really delicious. And of course, they have a lot of wines, drinks, and cocktails to serve you. But, if you like beer, would be good to give a chance for that – you will be on a good path.
The price maybe is a little bit high but worth the quality and place. I can tell you that you’ll have an excellent lunch or dinner. Please, don’t forget to book your table in advance to avoid any missing travels. As usual, all the information and contacts are below.
